1979. Site visit.
Wind pump, over well. Metal girder construction.
Under restoration by owner.

Fully restored and working, painted red, white and blue.
Now used to supply greenhouses from two tanks supported on the base of the trestle.

May 1989.
Now sadly in very poor condition and sails removed.
E. Rose (NAU), 10 May 1989.

1992.
Now restored to former glory.
E. Rose (NLA), 18 May 1992

Yet once again it is derelict.
E. Rose (NLA), 22 September 2000.

October 2001.
Still derelict but clearance of vegetation around base may suggest restoration is to begin, and has revealed what could be the remains of other wind pumps (seen only from by-pass).
