Full description
1971. Found by side of main Beccles to Norwich road (A146) between Black Boy Inn (392 936) and RAC box (404 923).
AE3 (copper alloy coin) of Crispus (AD 317 to 326).
Obverse depicts a bust left, and is inscribed CRISPV-S NOBIL.C. (difficult to read, but seems to be this variant legend).
Reverse depicts a globe on altar, and is inscribed BEAT.TRA ***NQLITAS/VOT/IS/XX ?? PLON.
