(S1) shows buildings over site, but these removed by 1983. Probably only light sheds. iInformation from Norfolk County Council..

Local story that materials, after demolition, were built into The Grove, nearby house of late 18th century on older core; but nothing there obviously reused except some undatable beams in the roof.

There are prehistoric and Roman sites nearby, but the location of Pirnhow Hall remains unknown.
